Books del Sur is based in Madison, Wisconsin. Two long time friends, Heather Robertson Warren and Ignacio Muñoz established Books del Sur. Heather’s bilingual students needed quality Spanish literature, so she contacted her life long Chilean friend, Ignacio. His business experience and knowledge of Chilean media combined with Heather’s students needs led to the formation of Books del Sur. Their mission is to bring books from South America into the classrooms of Spanish-speaking students in the United States.
